Does the offer apply to one battery?

No. The 61% price applies to the second 10 kWh battery when both units are ordered together as one 20 kWh system.
What happens after the 61st home?

How big is the battery?

A 10 kWh unit stands 850 mm wide and just 260 mm deep — about the footprint of a slim cabinet. The second battery module stacks onto the same base, so 20 kWh takes no more wall than 10.
